Calming Softness

So once again I was playing around with my bhcosmetic palette and I just came up with this look out of the blue. After I was done completing this look I just kept staring at the eyeshadow colors that I used. While staring at my eyes for a couple of seconds, the colors I used had some type of calming affect to me. What I love about the bhcosmetic palette is the matte eyeshadow colors have a soft finish to it, and the colors are easy to blend as well. Everything is straight from the bhcosmetic 120 palette 1st edition, except the main lid color called Golden Rod by MAC. I hope you like this look!!!

Blue Had Me At Hello

So I wanted to start using drug store products to create looks and secondly drug store products are so much more cheaper. This creation was inspired by someone I follow on Beautylish website and here on blogger. This person goes by the name of Veronica the creator of Bows and Curtseys. I wanted to recreate this look because I just love how little eyeshadow is used and still able to bring attention to your eyes. My interpretation is not as good as Veronica’s creation, but I just had to give it a try. With more practice I will probably come close to perfecting Veronica’s original creation.

Products Used:
Wet n Wild: Blue Had Me At Hello e/s.
NYX: White Eyeliner Pencil e/s.
Maybelline Glam Black Mascara.
Sally’s girl skin tone Eyeshadow on entire lid.
Tools Used:
Elf “C” Brush
Sonia Kashuk bent eyeliner brush
Angle eyeliner brush from Hobby Lobby which was $2.00 by the way.
All products used were paid for by me.

Ball Drop

So I hope everyone is having a HAPPY NEW YEAR and had a great CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY as well. So what did everyone do for the New Year? Whatever you did I hope it was fun and safe. As for me I just relaxed at home and watch a lot of TV, but now it is time to get things going gain. I have been applying for  jobs like crazy while relaxing at home. I hope my iPhone starts ringing like crazy because I am sick and tired of working in retail, it is time for me to find a job related to my degree!!! But while relaxing I created a look I wanted to post on my blog on December 31st, but I got caught up watching the ball drop on TV and talking with my mom and brother. But this look was inspired by all the confetti that I saw on TV and the ball dropping in Time Square New York I hope everyone likes it. Once again Happy New Year!!
